Welcome to HighTide: Tides and Weather (the "App"), a mobile application that provides weather forecasts and tide information for your chosen locations. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may be provided within the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and DummyLightOn ("we," "us," or "our").

3. Using the App and What You Should Know

  • Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate weather and tide information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the data. Use the information at your own risk.

    • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
    • Disrupt or interfere with the App’s operation.
  • "As-Is" Basis: The App is provided "as is" without guarantees of reliability or accuracy. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

Any third-party content featured within the App remains the property of its respective owners and is used in accordance with their permissions or licenses.

6. Advertising, Third-Party Services, and Platform Terms

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party platforms such as Google AdMob and Facebook Ads. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

Additionally, the App utilizes RevenueCat for subscription and in-app purchase management on iOS devices. By using the App on iOS, you also agree to comply with the RevenueCat Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these third parties, platforms, or services. By downloading the App, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and policies of the platforms and services through which you accessed or interacted with the App.

7. Modifications to the App and Terms

We are committed to making the App as useful and efficient as possible. To achieve this, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. This includes the possibility of introducing charges for certain features or services in the future. However, we will always provide clear information about any fees and ensure that you understand what you are paying for before proceeding.
